Thank you again for your willingness to participate in our upcoming college fair. We were truly excited to have UIC represented and appreciate your support of our students.
Unfortunately, due to an unexpected space issue, we will need to postpone the event. The venue we had planned to use is currently closed for use, and we’ve been unable to secure an alternate location in time. We fully intend to reschedule the fair and will be reaching back out in the fall once we have a new date and venue confirmed.
In the meantime, we’d still love to ensure our students have access to valuable information about UIC. If possible, we would greatly appreciate any marketing materials, such as brochures, fact sheets, or other promotional items, that you could send for us to distribute. We are planning to have a table for the students to pick up these materials after prayer services on the date originally planned.
If they are items that are already ready to be mailed out, please let me know if I can provide a mailing address.
If digital materials are available, we’re also happy to print them locally.
