UIC’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences offers strong and highly-respected programs in the sciences, humanities, social sciences, and interdisciplinary areas. The largest college at UIC, the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences has 22 departments and programs with over 40 majors and minors. Our areas of study include: Biological Sciences; Psychology; Criminology, Law, & Justice; English; Political Science; Neuroscience; 14 world languages, among many others. We offer advising and support for 10 pre-health tracks, including pre-medicine, pre-nursing, pre-dentistry, pre-pharmacy.
